Broadcast-native
Preview and program. NDI out. Lower thirds. OBS and vMix are targets, not exports — the console talks to them directly.
● Live Desktop Console · Worship & Production
Bible Song Pro Studio is the live production console for scripture and song. Cue it, see it on preview, take it to air — with NDI, stage displays, AI verse detection, and multi-monitor output.
● OBS & vMix Browser Source · Active Release
The lightweight browser source overlay plugin for OBS Studio and vMix. Instant passage lookup, customizable lower thirds, transparent graphics, and zero desktop app overhead.
01 · The desk
Every item is cued to preview first. You read it, you check the reference, and only then do you take it to air. This is a working model of the transport — click a row, then take it.
02 · Position
Bible Song Pro started as an OBS browser source. Everything since has been built by people who were already in the booth, for the person who is still in it at 10:52 on a Sunday.
01
Preview and program. NDI out. Lower thirds. OBS and vMix are targets, not exports — the console talks to them directly.
02
Dark, dense, keyboard-driven. Designed for someone also watching a camera feed, a chat and a clock. Every control does what its label says.
03
Scripture is quoted with book, chapter, verse and translation — never trimmed to fit. No effect exists to show that an effect exists.
04
The OBS and vMix plugin stays free and open source under GPL-3.0. It is where the trust was earned. It is not moving behind a paywall.
03 · The console
NDI
Program and key sent to the switcher over NDI. No capture card, no second machine.
OBS WebSocket
Cue a verse and switch the scene in the same action. The console drives OBS; OBS does not drive it.
vMix
Scripture and lyrics arrive as a first-class vMix input, ready to be mixed like any other source.
Stage
Build a layout per screen — next verse, clock, notes, countdown. The band sees one thing, the room another.
Lower third
Hard-edged, no overshoot, on the house curve. A title that bounces reads as amateur on air.
Songs
Bring your library in, mark the structure, cue by section. Song is half the product, not a footnote.
Decks
Open a .pptx, sit it in the same cue list as the verses, and take it with the same key.
Media
Backgrounds and clips cued from the desk, previewed before they go anywhere near the screen.
Themes
Type, safe areas and position set once, applied everywhere. Your church's look, not ours.
History
Every take, timestamped. Useful on Sunday, and more useful on Monday when someone asks what went out.
Panels
Dockable panels. Put the cue list where your hand already goes and leave it there.
Keys
Cue, take, clear and next without moving a hand to the mouse. Under pressure, that is the whole feature.
04 · Detection
Bible Song Pro listens, recognises the reference being spoken and cues the verse. It does not put it on screen. It puts it on preview, where you decide — because the software being confident is not the same as the software being right.
Recognition runs on your machine first. The cloud engine is a fallback for when the local one cannot keep up, not a requirement for the service to work. If the network drops mid-sermon, the desk keeps running.
05 · Tally
If it’s orange, it’s on screen.
Five states, one meaning each, identical in the app, on the stage display and in this page. Colour is never used decoratively on a surface that also shows live state — it must never lie about what is on air.
06 · Scripture
Bible Song Pro ships five public-domain translations, so nothing you download carries a licence you did not agree to. Every other translation is yours to bring: import the file you already own and it appears alongside the rest.
Bundled
King James Version, American Standard Version, Darby, Young’s Literal Translation, and Louis Segond in French. All public domain, all offline.
Imported
Import a translation file and it is checked on the way in — the 66-book canon, the book names, the structure. Incomplete or unfamiliar files warn rather than refuse, so a New Testament or a Yoruba bible still loads.
07 · Get it
There is no Pro edition, no licence key, no seat count and no trial that expires. Every competitor in this category sells you three pricing cards. Bible Song Pro has none, and the licence is the reason it can stay that way.
Free · Open source · GPL-3.0 · v3.0.0 Release
The full desktop console. Preview and program, NDI, stage displays, decks, media, AI live detection, and Greek/Hebrew word study — every output on the desk, with nothing held back behind a tier.
Free · Open source · GPL-3.0 · Active Release
The browser source this all started as. Scripture and lyrics into OBS or vMix, no console required, no account, no expiry. It is where the trust was earned and it is not going anywhere.
08 · Open at the root
Every product in this category claims to be built for live production. This one has the commit history. The plugin has been public since 2024 under GPL-3.0, and Studio carries the exact same licence. There is nothing to unlock.
